2. Data we collect

1. Account information. Email address, billing details, and generated API keys.
2. Subscription information. Submitted iCal feed URLs (which may include embedded authorization tokens) and destination webhook callback URLs.
3. Technical and diagnostic data. IP addresses, HTTP response codes, delivery timestamps, and transient event change payloads.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

1. Service provision (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To monitor iCal feeds, calculate change diffs, and dispatch webhooks pursuant to our agreement.
2. Billing and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). To process payments via Stripe and maintain statutory financial records.
3. Security and optimization (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To prevent malicious misuse (such as SSRF attacks), debug infrastructure errors, and ensure system stability.

4. Data retention

1. Account and active feed subscription records are retained for the duration of your active account relationship.
2. Calendar content diffs are processed transitively for webhook execution and are not permanently persisted.
3. Webhook delivery logs, execution histories, and diagnostic data are automatically purged after 30 days.

5. Data processors and third-party sharing

We share data with trusted service providers exclusively to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

• Payment processing: Stripe, Inc. (billing and payment processing).
• Cloud infrastructure: cloud and server hosting providers (for example Hetzner).
• Transactional email: email service providers for transactional messaging.
